Justin’s decision to join the Nouveau Riche family has proven to be the best business decision of his life and has absolutely changed his destiny.  An Independent National Senior Advisor, Justin excels as a leader within the Nouveau Riche Community system, as a “top income earner,” leading many on his team to “top income earner” status.

His education background consists of a Bachelors degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Masters degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University. He is passionate about education and, in particular, gaining the education needed to create wealth and financial freedom. He discovered early on in his career, after empty promises of a promotion, the necessity to carve out his own path and become the determinant of his destiny financially.

Since being involved with Nouveau Riche, Justin has utilized the educational system to buy and sell over four million dollars of real estate. Exuding tremendous enthusiasm for real estate has not only helped him build his portfolio, but it has also allowed him to assist many others throughout the country in achieving success. Justin is happily married to his beautiful wife Sally and has three handsome boys. Growing up, Stephen watched as his single mother dedicated herself to her career until one day she was let go from her job so the company could hire fresh-out-of-college students to do her job for half her salary.  Losing their home and eventually having to move their family to Southern California, Stephen vowed never to work for anyone other than himself, or allow a person or company to have total control over his destiny. An entrepreneur since the age of 17, Stephen always strives to find the right opportunity to work hard helping others, while still having control over his future.  Today, driven by a huge dream that “God laid in his heart,” he builds community centers called InnerPrize in the inner cities, with a mission to change people’s thinking and to bring out the dreams inside each person. 

His wife Jamie, originally from Indiana, moved to Southern California in 1993 when she was stationed there by the Marine Corp. After meeting at church and eventually marrying, the couple joined forces in business ventures, sifting through many businesses before finding the answer to their prayers. Joining Nouveau Riche in September of 2006, they were literally living on their overdraft until the beginning of the month rolled around. Affectionately known as the “$6 Couple,” who had to park across the street at a Nouveau Riche Briefing in Irvine, CA, because they did not have the $6 for parking, this couple has certainly come a LONG way… “Going from not having $6 to making over $600,000 is a complete testimony to God’s faithfulness and a constant reminder to never give up on your dreams, because you never know what is right around the corner.”

Paul and Alma Murphy

Humble beginnings taught Paul and Alma early on about hard work and the enormous responsibility of providing for their family.  As a teenager, Paul worked as a hotel busboy in his home town of Las Vegas, NV, with dreams of one day becoming a Fighter Pilot. Due to bad eyesight, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and went on to become a Nuclear Engineer Machinist for submarines.  Following his discharge from the U.S. Navy, years later he found himself working for Cal State San Bernardino. His dreams fell by the wayside when he realized he’d fallen into the trap of a dead-end job.  He learned that if he didn’t take control of his finances and create his own retirement, he would become stuck and dead-broke like all of his co-workers who received a rude awakening during their so-called retirement years.

His wife Alma, raised in Redlands, CA, had her first child while still in high school, and worked various jobs just to make ends meet for her and her young daughter.  Years later she began working at the United States Post Office in a range of roles that required long hours, with no rewards for time off and little time left to spend with her family.  Alma loved her job at the Post Office, but realized “This was not a way to live!”

Enter Nouveau Riche… in July of 2006, Paul and Alma learned about Nouveau Riche and began their career in real estate investing.  Paul decided to attend the July College and, after taking Craig Cottrell’s Creative Financing class, he realized how much equity he had in his home and, more importantly, how that equity was doing nothing for his family.  In the first 45 days with Nouveau Riche, Paul and Alma refinanced their home and bought 6 properties—3 of them on the Investor Concierge™! In addition to this, within seven months of marketing the Nouveau Riche products, the couple made $91K from their marketing efforts and their lives changed forever!  They’ve since quit their jobs to focus on Nouveau Riche marketing and real estate investing full time!  To date, they have eight properties with two more in escrow and have made $340K in their first year alone!

Travis and Jennifer Prater

Born in Huntington, CA, Travis witnessed his single mother work multiple jobs with hard and long hours to provide for her two children. Sadly, at the age of 14, Travis lost his mother unexpectedly, and soon found himself moving around the country with his father. By the age of 17, Travis had lived in 8 different states and attended 9 different high schools.  Although it was hard moving around so much, Travis looks back at all the places he has been and all the people he has met, and now considers this a blessing in helping him relate to people from all walks of life. After high school, he worked in the restaurant industry in various positions—from washing dishes to waiting tables and bartending, to eventually landing a promotion in management. Shortly after, he met his soon-to-be wife Jennifer, of Berwyn, IL.

Jennifer moved to Las Vegas as a young child and completed her education at the University of Las Vegas with a degree in psychology.  Following college, she too held positions in the hospitality industry, including managing a food and beverage department at a private golf course.  She believed that even with all her hard work, her high paying job with great benefits and insurance was the “American Dream.”  Not until later, with the help of Nouveau Riche, did she realize the principle of not working for your money, but having your money work for you!

Starting their family, Travis and Jennifer embarked on a venture to open their own dry cleaning store with plans for Jennifer to be a stay-at-home mom. When the deal fell through, the couple lost thousands of dollars and both had to continue working while raising their son. A couple years later, Travis found himself in the home loan business which provided a wonderful six figure lifestyle and allowed Jennifer to finally stay at home to raise their family. This, too, however was short-lived and they found themselves writing credit card checks just to pay the mortgage.  Finally, in May of 2006, Travis and Jennifer discovered Nouveau Riche— “the light at the end of the tunnel!”  Between May and October of 2006, both were able to generate over six figures in marketing Nouveau Riche’s products!

Travis and Jennifer firmly believe that the personal growth that occurs with Nouveau Riche is an unexpected bonus that constantly opens new doors. Their passion is to help people get to college so they can learn how to obtain their freedom. “Our belief in the company is whole-hearted and our desire to pay it forward keeps driving us to reach out to our community.”

The couple credits Co-founders Jim and Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder for creating this “blessing of a company.”  They are honored to accept their new roles of IRAs and help the Southern California and Las Vegas communities come into their own. Celebrating over 11 years of marriage, they also plan to spend quality time with their 3 children: Huntington 8, Preston 5, and Ashton 3.  It is only now that they both feel they have found the true “American Dream.” This couple is living proof that “If you love what you do, you’ll never work another day in your life.”

David and Myrna Nieves

David and Myrna Nieves were both born and raised in California.  They married in June of 1995 in the same church where they met one another in the second grade!  A few years later they moved to Las Vegas, NV, with no family or friends and just enough money for the first month’s rent.  David quickly found a job working in the construction industry, where he began making a decent living.  Myrna worked in the dental industry until they found out they were expecting their first child.  It was then they decided to purchase their first home in Las Vegas…the place they were going to raise their family. 

By 1999, Myrna made the decision to become a Real Estate Agent and rapidly built a multi-million dollar business.  Still working in the construction business, David was working long hours for a lot less money.  Together they decided it would be best for David to join the Real Estate business too.  However, following his career change, they were blessed with their second child and David became stay-at-home “Mr. Mom”.  A year later they had their third child and David found himself raising two infants and a 6 year old!  Life had become extremely busy for both David and Myrna, who was now working 15 to 18 hour days running her Real Estate business and new Mortgage business.  She managed to obtain Real Estate licenses in three other states and was traveling every week.  Although the money was great, David and Myrna were spending less and less time together as a family and it was taking its toll.

In 2006, through a friend, David and Myrna were introduced to Nouveau Riche.  David was initially skeptical since two months earlier they invested $20K in another system that they believed would make them millions in the stock market, but nothing had become of it due to lack of time.  On the other hand, Myrna knew this was something she could do.  After taking a long overdue vacation, Myrna started marketing Nouveau Riche.  The couple then closed all their Real Estate files and both went full time with Nouveau Riche!

After 10 years in the industry, they only owned one house—their own; but within their first 6 months with Nouveau Riche, they acquired 10 homes cash flowing $4,700 a month and made a great additional income on the marketing side.  Today, the couple works together on a daily basis and spends more time together than ever before.  Nouveau Riche gave them the opportunity that completely changed their lives.  “We were able to get our lives back and now we can pay it forward and help others take control of their lives,” Myrna passionately says.  “We have found the greatest opportunity there is and are sharing it with as many people as we can.”   

Tony and Randi Jensen

As a child, Tony Jensen learned to adjust to new surroundings on a regular basis.  Born in Pocatello, ID, his father had hopes of providing the very best for his family, consequently moving all of them seven times in search of different opportunities.  At the age of 10, Tony’s father received an offer to work for a private company in Saudi Arabia, an opportunity that would allow him to finally reach his financial goals.  This began a life of travels that opened Tony to a world full of culture. After attending a boarding school in Lugano, Switzerland, Tony moved to Seattle, WA, where he enrolled in the University of Washington.  Shortly after, he was diagnosed with Nephrodic Syndrome, a disease that affects the immune system and kidneys.  Due to the extent of his illness and medical bills, Tony made the hard decision to move back with his parents, who had recently relocated to Las Vegas, NV, and continue his recovery.

During his challenges, Tony made the resolution to make every moment count and live his life to the fullest.  He finished his education with a degree in business from the University of Las Vegas, where he also met his wife, Randi.  Tony and Randi were married in Las Vegas in 1997.  At this time Tony began working for Motorola and Randi as an Aesthetician.  They both knew how important it is to create long term wealth for their family, so they began investing in real estate.

In May 2007, Tony and Randi planned to move to Austin, Texas where the market was more affordable and they could find more cash flow properties.  A week before their move, Tony’s cousin, INSA Jason Nedrow appeared at their doorstep to present Nouveau Riche…an opportunity that would soon change their future!

In the next two months, they had generated enough money from the income opportunity that Randi was able to quit her job to help build the Las Vegas Territory.  In the past nine months they have helped 42 people attend the College and now own their own cash flow properties!  “It truly is in the moment of decision that your destiny is made,” Tony proclaims.
