Independent National Senior Advisor Charles Hosea has a true gift for establishing and conquering goals, and helping others to achieve greatness. When he was only 10 years old, Charles immigrated to the United States with his family and a burning desire to live the “American Dream.” Helping out with his father’s landscaping business, Charles learned the ins and outs of business and consulted with his father’s established clients, learning about real estate as a route to wealth creation.

Now, the proud father of seven children and two grandchildren, Charles owns a Social Service agency, which he established in 1994, that serves under-privileged children and families, youth-at-risk and disabled adults. When he joined Nouveau Riche in August of 2003, he discovered a new way to give back to others. As an Independent Regional Advisor, he played a key role in opening up and building the Southern California Market in 2005. Adhering to his giving nature, he then moved to Hawaii to be with his family and to share the Nouveau Riche opportunity with the islanders.  Currently the Independent National Senior Advisor of Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma, he looks forward to infusing others with his extreme passion and devotion to transforming lives through Nouveau Riche.

Marc Gleeman
Independent Regional Advisor – Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Kansas

At an early age, Marc learned that when he grew up he would have a choice to either practice free enterprise or work for somebody that does. He decided to pursue a career in the fragrance industry and opened 20 offices domestically, while also spending a great deal of time in the South of France creating and importing fragrances. It was during this time in Marc's career that he realized the value of time freedom and the need for balance in his life. Although he was earning a multiple six-figure income, he did not have any personal time freedom, and the money didn't matter anymore. Marc began his search for a better lifestyle, a life in balance. After nearly 16 years in an industry he loved, he made the decision to sell it all and pursue a career with the time freedom that he desired. Hence, after a few false starts, a new and tremendously successful career was born. Marc met Jim and Mary Piccolo in 1998 on a three-day tire-kicking mission to learn about a company they had started and were enjoying phenomenal success with. Marc went home to California more excited than he'd been in years.

Travis Hoover
Independent Regional Advisor – Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Kansas

Travis Hoover was born and raised in a small town in Southeast Idaho, where at an early age he learned the value of business and leverage. While walking through endless rows of potato fields, shovel in hand, he realized that the owner of the potato seed company he worked for was not walking next to him. Instead, the business owner was sitting behind a desk in his beautiful 8,000 square foot home while Travis worked one of his many businesses. Travis made two goals that summer: one, that he would run his own businesses someday; and two, he would have a really, really big house like his boss.

Since then, Travis has dedicated his life to the pursuit of business knowledge and success. He possesses a Bachelors degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Arizona State University. He also spent seven years in Corporate Finance at Intel as a Senior Finance Analyst, which although was a great career, left him unfulfilled. So, when a close friend extended an invitation to attend a Nouveau Riche information meeting late in 2003, his prayers were answered. Travis immediately saw an opportunity to not only change his life, but the lives of countless others as well.

Looking back, that day is one of the pivotal moments in Travis’ life. He frequently reflects on the chain of events that have taken place since joining Nouveau Riche and openly thanks his friend for sharing this opportunity and this company. Travis’ success in real estate investing and in growing the Nouveau Riche Community enabled him to leave his corporate cubicle to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. In addition to being an Independent Regional Advisor, he is also now owner or co-owner of several companies that range from real estate to technology and manufacturing; but, Travis’ most important achievement has been that of helping others achieve their dreams.

Today, Travis is a dedicated father of four, husband, friend, and businessman. He enjoys spending his time working with others to build businesses and achieve dreams. His favorite saying: “Thank you for sharing Nouveau Riche with me.”
